At Art Canvas Lab, all artworks, murals, sculptures, and art products are handled with extreme care during packaging and transportation.
Shipping Coverage
We ship across India. International shipping is available on request and depends on the destination, artwork size, and customs regulations.Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
Size and weight of the artwork
Fragility of the product
Delivery location
Type of packaging required
Shipping costs are borne by the client unless stated otherwise in writing.
Processing Time
Custom artworks: Shipping is initiated only after project completion and final approval.
Ready products (if any): Dispatched within 3–7 working days.
Delivery timelines vary based on courier service and location.
Packaging
All artworks are professionally packed using:
Bubble wrap
Wooden crates (for fragile or large pieces)
Moisture and impact protection
We do not compromise on packaging quality.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the artwork is handed over to the courier or transport service:
Art Canvas Lab is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If damage occurs during transit:
The client must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photos and unboxing videos are mandatory for claims.
Resolution depends on courier insurance and investigation.
Without proof, claims will not be entertained.
Installation Shipping
For murals, sculptures, or site installations:
Transport is arranged separately and billed accordingly.
Site readiness is the client’s responsibility.
Delays caused by site conditions are not our liability.
Incorrect Address
Art Canvas Lab is not responsible for:
Delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details.
Re-shipping charges due to wrong addresses.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays due to:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Government restrictions
Transport shutdowns
