RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are limited.
Once the project has started, no refunds will be provided.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting design and consultation charges.
Advance payments are non-refundable once materials or labor have been allocated.
Any delays caused by client approvals or changes will not be grounds for refunds.
We recommend confirming all requirements before confirming a project.
